Participants can begin the passport application process at this website: https://www.jacksonvillenc.gov/passports.

WHY PARTICIPATE?

We believe that these mission trips are a crucial part of each student’s spiritual formation and growth. We sincerely hope you will consider joining us as we strive to fulfill the Great Commission by serving this community.

WHAT ARE THE PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS?

  • All participants must be age 16+ at the time of departure (no exceptions).
  • All participants must engage in a total of 12 gospel conversations. Completed forms must be turned in no later than Wed, July 1st.
  • Students must commit to maintaining an average of one Frontline meeting attended per week (can be Sunday small group or Wednesday Frontline meeting).
  • As a general rule, this should not be a student's first mission trip. It is highly recommended that students (especially younger students) participate in at least one in-state and one out-of-state mission trip to prepare them for the rigors of international missions.
  • All participants must display Christ-like character and have a high level of spiritual maturity.
  • Students should also display a high level of social maturity. Trips outside NC often present potential safety concerns, such as busy cities, contaminated water and food, cross-cultural sensitivities, etc.
  • All participants should be aware that there is no option to sit on the sidelines on international trips. Everyone must be willing and able to serve as primary leaders on their mission site. Everyone should be prepared to present the gospel, to plan and lead their assigned projects, and to work together with their team.

WHAT IS THE PAYMENT POLICY?

Payment Schedule:

  • Deposit: $200 per person due 2 weeks after team registration.
  • Payment 1: $450 per person due by Sunday, March 1st, 2026.
  • Payment 2: $450 per person due by Sunday, May 3rd, 2026.

Refunds: Though not guaranteed, Frontline will make every effort to refund as many payments as possible. However, please be aware that refunds (of any amount) become more difficult the closer to the trip dates.

Last-Minute Cancelations: In the event of a last-minute cancellation (unless in the case of an emergency), the participants will be expected to pay the full cost (including any church support).

WHAT WILL WE BE DOING?

We expect our projects to include some combination of construction, installing water purification units, VBS, and sports camps.

Due to the unique nature of international missions, it is important that every participant practice flexibility! However, Frontline will prioritize projects that open the door for evangelism. It is our goal to provide every participant with regular opportunities to verbally share their faith throughout the trip.

WHAT IS THE TRIP DRESS CODE?

Our general dress code can be accessed here

Please be aware that the Christian culture in Cuba is conservative in its dress. Strict adherence to this dress code is an important and required aspect of participation.
